Utility bills are mailed the last business day of the month. They are due the 20th of the following month. If your bill is not paid by the 20th, a grace period is given before disconnection of service occurs (please view your current month's statement for dates). A robocall is inititated using the primary phone number listed on your utility account BEFORE disconnection of service occurs. If you have not paid your utility bill before the next month's bill is available, the total balance will display. However, your previous month's bill is due IMMEDIATELY and is subject to disconnection with applicable fees.
